Presenters will be notified by mid-June if they have been selected. Presenters will have to register for the conference once they have been selected. Presenters will receive a free membership to either TEEAM or MAST.

Vendors receive one free sessions with the cost of a table. Sessions must be submitted by September 1.

To complete your proposal you will need a title, a brief (25 word or less) summary for the program, an abstract of your proposed session (150-200 words), identified the strands it supports and a list of the standards your proposal will meet. The standards may be from NGSS, ITEEA or the State Curriculums. Each session will be 60 minutes.
