If you are a school system registering multiple attendees please complete this form. We can only accept payment through PayPal or check, no POs. All payments must be received before the conference.
Registration: Phase 2 – $65.00
Early Bird Registration- Now until August 15, 2014 $40.
Registration cost August 16-September 15: $65.
September 16- October 18: $89.

Students must be full time and hold a current ID. IDs may be checked at registration.

MAST and TEEAM are pleased to offer our annual fall conference, together! If you would like to attend please complete the registration form. After October 12 you will need to register at the door.

Presenters: If you are submitting a proposal to present do not register as an attendee only a presenter.
